Pumpkin soup with corn grits and quinoa.
Ingredients:
0,5 l water
one slice of pumpkin (2-3 cm)
2 small potatoes
1/4 small zucchini
1 stalk of asparagus
1 tablespoon corn grits
1 tablespoon quinoa
All ingredients wash, peel and cut into small pieces. Add all to the pan and add 0.5 liters of water.Cook until all the vegetables get soft.
Remove from fire. Beat with blender and put back on the fire.
Add corn grits and quinoa.
Cook for a few minutes.
